Wellness Wednesday – Berry Spinach Smoothie


One of the reasons I started Monograms and Mustard Greens was to share my healthy recipes and activities that have helped me change my life.  One of these things has been switching my morning snack to a smoothie – packed with protein and greens {because you can’t eat too much spinach}.  This smoothie is so filling and is packed with vitamins and minerals.  It takes all of 10 minutes to make, and after you make it, you’ll be thanking yourself!
